Orders and Cancellation

All orders are to be made latest 2 days in advance via Whiff’s store in our website. In rare unforeseen circumstances, Whiff reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at our own discretion, and you will be informed promptly.

Full payment will be required upon checkout in our website. Prices reflected are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to changes due to supplier fluctuation.

Last minute orders can only be made via email at jasmine@whiff.florist , and they may incur a late surcharge.

Life throws us curveballs at times and we give grace for cancellations with conditions. Cancellations are only possible if notice is given 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date.

In the event a wrong delivery was made, or an order was fulfilled incorrectly, we seek your understanding and cooperation to alert Whiff immediately at jasmine@whiff.florist. For faster processing and problem solving, send us photos of the identified problem with description and we can attend to you as soon as we can.


With nature only providing her very best, Whiff endeavours to provide the freshest blooms in season for your orders. As you place your order, rest assured that the flowers and foliage will only be replaced if they are out of season or supply. The replacements will be made to ensure the bouquet looks cohesive, creative and beautiful, according to our discretion.

The pictures you see serve as a reference point of what you are ordering, and a representation of what was best at that time. Your order, unique as you are, would usually differ from the pictures to ensure your recipient holds only the best of nature and your sentiments.   

Should there be any specific flowers or foiliage that hold a significance to your recipient and you, it is your duty to highlight it to us so that we may follow up suitably. (i.e contact you should there not be stock, availability of said choice is not in optimum condition etc.)

As you trust Whiff to work wonders on your gift, we will most definitely do our best to express your sentiments in the best way possible.


Deliveries can be made daily, from 12pm-6pm, charged at $15 per item to most Singapore addresses*, which would be charged to your shopping cart at checkout. Delivery fees for Sunday and public holidays can differ. We trust that accurate delivery addresses and contact information be given to Whiff, as Whiff will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong addresses or contact numbers given.

(*the following addresses require an additional charge of $15 which will be billed separately: Sentosa, Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road, All Army Camps, Jurong Island, PSA Ports, Singapore Cruise Centre,  Sembawang Shipyard)

For more than one bouquet to the same address on the same day, do email Whiff at jasmine@whiff.florist so we can arrange for an adjusted total delivery fee.

For smooth deliveries, we would require the contact information of the recipient and sender so that our external courier can contact them should there be a delivery failure/lapse. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure someone is at home/in the office to receive the bouquet, else it would result in a redelivery.

In the event a redelivery is required, it will be considered as a new delivery, incurring an additional charge of $15.  Due to the perishable quality of nature, redeliveries may only be rescheduled within 24hr slots of the original delivery time.


Whiff reserves the right to update and modify the abovementioned Terms and Conditions.
